Sunday Open Doubles is a two-person league using standard doubles rules, with scored games, tracked wins/losses and playoffs.
Teams are two players in any combination. Games are typically 8 ends and move quickly with lots of rocks in play and plenty of strategy. Five thrown stones are delivered per team, per end, plus pre-set stones that create action right away. Each team can also elect to use a Power Play option once per game when they have the hammer, adding a tactical twist.
Check out this YouTube video for more details on the rules and strategy. Need a partner? Contact the office and we’ll do our best to match you with someone looking to play.
